A minimum $100 non-refundable deposit to be paid to secure a sale.
Payment plan may be available with frequent,weekly non refundable payments.
Stock will not leave Phantom Acres prior to being fully paid for.
Agistment fees apply if sold stock is still on property after original agreed pick up date.
We reserve the right to change prices of stock.
Any transfers are to be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Stock will be sold to APPROVED HOMES ONLY.
Vet checks are welcome & recommended and shall be at the expense of the purchaser.
No further guarantees will be given once stock has left Phantom Acres.

Blue View Piper's Dream $2000.ono
Tiny!!! Bay Black & White stallion 29.5" homozygote -very quiet ,gentle and friendly .Registered IMHR & branded. Check his lineage on Stallion page-Fabulous breeding. This Tiny fellow has a top personality and a very sweet nature.Piper runs with the mares and foals and is so easy to have around, never been any trouble.He gets on well with all horses and loves to play with our 16.2hh gelding.
Piper was bought up with children,so he is affectionate and loves cuddles and attention.He has also been ridden lead line. Piper is in wooly paddock condition atm. Healthy and excellent all round.
